How can I track my order?

Marybelle will send you an email confirmation of your order, which will include your tracking information.

What is your shipping policy?

While in beta, we currently only ship within the United States (all 62 territories).  Your order will be shipped typically the next business day from the order.  We offer 2 day priority shipping along with USPS retail shipping (5-7 business days).  We offer free shipping for orders over $150.

What is your returns/exchanges policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange a purchased item for a different size or style, forward us your purchase confirmation to info@marybelleco.com.  In the forwarded email, please provide the reason for exchange along with the size and style/color of the item you would like sent out to you.  We will then email you back a pre-paid return label.  Please include the return label along with the clothing item you would like returned.  The item must arrive at our facility with no damages, unused, and in the original condition (including hangtags and labels attached).  We must be contacted in 30 days of purchase for an exchange.  We will cover the shipping back to you, and any difference in value will be settled before the new item will be sent out.  Exchange processing will take 3 to 5 business days from the day it arrives at our facility.  We will honor sale pricing on items exchanged.

 In the event that you would like to return an item, it must be done within 15 days of purchase.  Return items must arrive at our facility with no damages, unused, and in the original condition (including hangtags and labels attached).  The customer will pay for return shipping, and original shipping costs will not be credited back to your account.  Return processing will take 15 days from the time it arrives at our facility.  All items purchased on sale are not refundable.

For sales outside of the United States, return and exchange shipping will be covered by the customer.

Are sales tax applied to online sales?

If we are shipping to you in California, we will include sales tax into your order.  Applicable duty, import tax and local clearance fees will be most often be assessed at the post office of your country (if outside of USA).

How is your sizing?

Each item in our shop will have a size chart, along with model’s measurements.

When are Marybelle’s sale events?

Please sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram/Facebook for that information.

How do I use promotion codes?

We will provide our customers with promotion codes from time to time.  During the checkout process a box will be provided where a promotional code can be used.  Please note the restrictions on promotional codes as they are given!  Finally, make sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter to make sure you receive our promos!

Privacy Policy/Security

Marybelle is committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect and record information on our servers, however, we will not sell your information to anyone.  We do work with 3rd party vendors, mainly for the following:

-          Website hosting

-          Online Shop

-          Newsletter

It should be noted that these vendors may have different privacy policies then us.  We secure your information to the highest extent we can provide, and are in line with industry standards.

When shopping on our online site, our SSL software is in line with industry standards.  As all payment/personal information are encrypted when a purchase is made, you can securely shop with us!
